Data Scientist (Remote)
Our client is hiring a Data Scientist to help uncover insights from large datasets and drive data-informed decision-making across product, operations, and strategy. This role is ideal for analytical thinkers with strong technical skills and a passion for building models that deliver measurable business impact.
This is a fully remote position. Note: This role may be offered as either a full-time position or a contract engagement, depending on the candidate’s preference and experience level.
Build, validate, and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful patterns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to frame problems and design data solutions.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Work with engineering teams to productionize data science solutions.
2+ years in a data science, machine learning, or analytics role.
Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with SQL for data manipulation.
Strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and machine learning techniques.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and data tools like Spark or dbt.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Competitive compensation: $125,000–$300,000 USD, based on experience and seniority.
